Lore Link Lore Link

Welcome to Lore Link, a premium-quality RPG campaign management tool for Dungeon Masters, Game Masters, Storytellers and Keepers of all types! Here, you’ll find everything you need to ensure that each and every one of your campaigns run smoothly and give everyone at the table the most enjoyable gaming experience possible.

For Gamemasters

Lore Link started as a tool for Gamemasters, and this is still an important part of what we offer. GMs can use Lore Link to build worlds, plan gaming sessions, run games at the table, and quickly take notes during play. Each new Campaign starts with a generic set of categories for capturing Lore for any gaming system, but this can be further customized by adding, removing, or editing categories, creating templates, and adding custom fields. All Lore can relate to any other Lore, and can be further associated with key gaming concepts such as Sessions, Encounters, and Characters. Finally the GM can create their own unique classifications using the dynamic Tag system.

This allows anyone running a game, from crunchy dice-heavy systems to open world and narrative systems, to plan their games in a way that improve the experience on game day, whether online or at a table. But not all games require planning, so Lore Link has you covered there also. We fully support journaling, tarot, dice-less, and zero-prep systems and have showcased some of these in our list of Systems.

For Players

Of course no game is complete without the players. While zero-prep, GM-less, and solo games exist, there’s not a game without players. Lore Link starts with safety in mind by providing a framework for players to express their comfort level with various topics, and share that information with their GMs when accepting an invitation to a game. Players are able to see any information their GM has shared, and can create their own notes making this a collaborative environment.

Importantly, playing with your friends doesn’t cost extra. Only the GM or game creator needs a paid account - all of the players are able to join the game from a free World account.

For Authors & Publishers

Do you publish systems, adventures, settings, or tools for tabletop roleplaying games? Lore Link wants to hear from you. One of our main goals with Lore Link has been to create a system-agnostic tool that works well across the amazing range of indie RPGs to help Gamemasters, Lorekeepers, Storytellers, and all of our favorite game-runners branch out beyond the three most popular systems.

For Creators
